Contract Agreement
This Contract Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the Law Office of Conroe, hereinafter referred to as “Provider,” and the Client, hereinafter referred to as “Recipient,” on the effective date of signing this Agreement. This Agreement shall remain in effect until the completion of the legal aid services.
1. Scope of Services: Provider agrees to provide legal aid services to Recipient, including but not limited to legal consultation, representation, and documentation preparation, as deemed necessary by Provider in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Recipient`s Obligations: Recipient agrees to cooperate with Provider and provide all necessary information, documents, and materials required for the provision of legal aid services. Recipient shall also adhere to all instructions and advice provided by Provider in connection with the legal matter.
3. Fees and Payments: Provider shall render legal aid services to Recipient on a pro bono basis, without charge for professional fees. Recipient may be responsible for court filing fees, administrative costs, and other disbursements related to the legal matter.
4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Provider shall have no obligation to continue providing legal aid services to Recipient.
5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in the State of Texas.
